Our Evolution began in 2003 in Taviano (Lecce), when the two brothers Luca and Marco Bove founded I’m Evolution, offering organic positioning for companies working in the industrial sector. Thanks to our strategies, their businesses grew. So, we decided in 2008 to open a new headquarter, this time in the north of Italy, Reggio Emilia.

During the years, our team grew as well, our services and strategies evolved, becoming a trust-worthy partner of our clients, bringing tangible results.

Digital and Search Marketing Strategist, I am highly experienced in Local SEO and Google Business Profile. I am often invited as a speaker in the main marketing events, also author and lecturer. I have always been committed to accuracy and to the achievement of the goals established.

I am COO and PM, being responsible for every project. I plan, organise, and monitor all the agency activities. I follow every phase to be sure that everything works smoothly. I am accurate and determined, but also a kind-hearted person and always ready to question myself. I love doing pilates among my family and work duties. I like good cuisine even if I am always on a diet!

Account Manager

Account Manager and Digital Strategist, I develop customised strategies and solutions. Empathetic, proactive and detail-oriented, I am the contact person for our clients, supervising their projects. I practise Yoga for many years, but my true nature is definitely “explosive”. I talk and laugh a lot and, during my free time, I love having fun cooking with my kids.

I have always loved advertising, because I am fascinated by the combination of creativity and strategy to give life to projects capable of leaving a mark. Above all, I don’t like being in a comfort zone. I am passionate about advertising, psychology, travel and wine. More than drinking it, I love producing wine, using ancient techniques and terra-cotta amphoras.
